The Tripyy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tripyy or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

9.1 Fees

Some features of the Service may require payment. We will clearly disclose any fees before you incur them. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
