Terms of Service

Welcome to tripyy — a peer-to-peer marketplace for travelers to buy, sell, trade, and donate travel gear with people nearby. By creating an account or using tripyy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use tripyy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- Your account information must be accurate and up to date
- Each person may maintain only one account
- tripyy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
The Marketplace
tripyy is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and traders — we are not a party to any transaction between users. All payments between users take place outside the app. tripyy bears no responsibility for payment disputes, item condition, or failed meetups. tripyy does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of other users.
In-App Purchases
Subscriptions and consumables are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through the relevant store. tripyy does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use tripyy to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
- Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or price manipulation
- Harass, threaten, or send hate speech to other users via messaging
- Post spam listings or fake reviews or ratings
- Attempt to circumvent the platform or its safety features
User Content
You own your listings, photos, and messages. By posting content on tripyy, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. tripyy may remove content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
The tripyy name, logo, and app are owned by tripyy. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose tripyy's brand or app without our written permission.
Disclaimers
tripyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the availability of any listing, or the success of any transaction. Use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tripyy's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amounts you paid to tripyy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Israel.
Changes to These Terms
We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of tripyy after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
